La Solana is an ideal place for short and long stay for pair who is looking for relax and silence without renouncing the world of the near places of Garda and Torri del Benaco, just far a few minutes for us.

Restored in the year 2005 the modern villa where we live, offer our guests only-one apartment of 40 mq c.ca for two grown-up people with lake view and separate entrance, composed by:

• equipped kitchen with fire-place;
• double-room with relax zone, TV/sat and wood-stove;
• bath-room with shower and phone.

We endow you with the laundry for kitchen, double-room and bath-room and more practical utility things.
The apartment is furnished with family pieces and dispose of central heating.

Available for the guests: a table on the lake view terrace, panoramic swimming-pool equipped with 2 sun-bed and a table, one parking car in the garden, Internet point by request inside the owner’s flat.
The Italians breakfast service it’s plentiful and varied.
